Nothing good about this place.
Dirty, no phones, no room service, bad management, do not stay there or you will be so sorry you did, way over priced also bad manager argues with patrons, no refunds if you are not satisfied and you will not be if you do stay there.
Place was filthy, dirty and noisy, and bad management, no phones, no room service, no help, at all spent 5 days never cleaned our room. The manager was very rude and is a racist and I do not recommend this at all and it is not the CITY CENTER MOTEL it is THE PROVO INN AND SUITES no suites. Bad, very bad place to stay.
There were no pros.
Filthy rooms, bugs in bed, vomit in ice bucket. Personnel were extremely rude. Wanted us to change the sheets ourselves and were told to just rinse out the ice bucket. No restaurant on property. Did not see a business center. Charged our credit card on day we made reservations not when we got there. We were under the impression we were staying at the Provo Inn and Suites not City Center Motel.
This property was terrible. It was horrifically dirty and unsafe. There were bugs in the bed, a dirty shoe print on the sheet, and literally vomit in the ice bucket. There was also unsafe construction going on at the property... One staircase was completely in demo mode, and to get to our room, there were broken boards covering big holes in the pavement/sidewalk in front of our room, in which we had to manauever across to get to our room. It just felt very unsafe. When we asked for a clean room, we were greeted by a screaming woman who said she knew the rooms were filthy and asked us “what did you expect.” She was terribly rude to my daughters who were with us, as well as my elderly parents. We ended up leaving and not staying there. They had also charged our credit card the day the reservation was made, even though they were not supposed to charge it until we checked in. They refused a refund... but that’s ok because booking.com where we reserved through, has been notified with our complaints and stated they will issue a refund. If you care about your health and safety, I advise you to stay far, far away from Provo Inn & Suites. There is a great Hilton just down the road where we got rooms for the same price as this dump charged us. More advice... go to the Hilton!
This is what we found when we tried to check in at PROVO INN AND SUIETS in PROVO UTAH. An ice bucket with VOMIT...Inside it.. and Bugs in the beds. The woman in the video is the owner she came outside and handed sheets to my daughter and said "change them yourself". And "rinse out the ice bucket in the sink in your room". Are you kidding me? Never ever have we been treated that way and seen such filth in a motel. She accused us of being white supremacist. As you can see and hear in this video. Funny thing is I am a leader of a scientific group in INDIA where she comes from. I have many friends there. Please check this place out. This woman should be shut down she has no business being in business with an attitude like that. Thank you for your assistance. Please reply ASAP as to what action you are going to take.
None. This place is filthy. Jack hammers in parking lot. Ice machine broken.
Manager owner is Psycho. This is what we found when we tried to check in at PROVO INN AND SUIETS in PROVO UTAH. An ice bucket with VOMIT... Inside it and Bugs in the beds. Water in bathrooms was grey. They were jack hammering the parking lot, the ice machine was broken. The owner is in this video calling us names and refused the refund. The woman in the video is the owner she came outside and handed sheets to my daughter and said change them yourself and just rinse out the ice bucket in the sink in your room... OMG would you do that??? Are you kidding me? Never ever have we been treated that way and seen such filth in a motel. She accused us of being white supremacist. As you can see and hear in this video. Funny thing is I am a leader of a scientific group in INDIA where she comes from. I have many friends there. Please check this place out. the hotel is being renovated; the staff were very helpful and it is good value for money
It was inexpensive and there was a kitchen. Liked the late checkin.
There were hardwood floors, they needed a few rugs
Older facility but they are renovating it at this time
We didn't like it, the beds were hard, the sheets looked really gross we actually didn't even have a bottom sheet, we had problems with the lights, the walls were really dirty and it was the worse place we have ever stayed in for 50 bucks.... We feel that it was only worth 25 bucks.
It was close to byu, where I needed to be. It was nice having a microwave and mini fridge in the room.
I'm not usually picky about where I stay but I was very disappointed in this place. I expected a bit more for the price I paid. The heater didn't work. The shower curtain was dirty and had old paint globbed on it (it would have only cost $5 to put a new curtain in). The tub had big stains, drain strainer wasn't attached and the tub wouldn't hold water. Poor water pressure. Electrical switches were dirty. I really wish I would have had the courage to ask for a refund because I would have gone to another motel. I definately would not stay there, again, or refer anyone else to. You should take them off the list for byu Parents Weekend.
The staff was very nice and working to upgrade the hotel. I had a kitchen and internet service. I would stay there again.
I think the doors need a better lock
It was a great price for a quick overnight trip.
No continental breakfast.
